For all visits we are using the service "Parent Hotline".  This has proved a highly effective way to keep parents informed about off site trip updates, bad weather daily messaging. 

For Parents using the service: 

To listen to an announcement: 

1.  Call the Hotline on 08447 70 75 76

2.  Enter the ID = 73344

3.  The message will then be played.
